Stories of change

Behind every number, a name

Choose a story to see where she started, and where she is now.

A tailor with a measuring tape around her neck smiles as she works at her sewing machine outside her shop.
“For a year after my husband died I could not think past the next week. The other women in my cohort had all lost someone too. That was the first room where I did not have to explain myself.”

Accountability

How we measure

We only count what we can check. Here's where our figures come from.

Financials & transparency
  • Verified enrollment

School fees are paid each term only against confirmed enrollment, and sponsors get a progress update.

  • Monthly business records

Seed recipients keep a ledger and meet a mentor monthly for their first year. We track what they report.

  • Published every year

Figures are reported in our annual report alongside our Form 990 — not rounded up for a headline.
